Hotel Accommodation & Registration

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel, and it is each attendee’s responsibility to contact the hotel. You must be registered for the conference in order for the hotel to guarantee your reservation. Upon conference registration, you will receive the hotel group code via email. Please refer to this code when contacting the hotel. Space is limited so we advise you to reserve your room early. Room reservations must be received no later than January 4, 2008. The room block will be released after this date.

Room Rates:
Single or Double Occupancy: $329.00 plus tax, luggage and housekeeping gratuities. Additional person rate of $35 per person if over 18. Valet parking available at $20 per night; self parking at $10 per night. Hotel is compliant with ADA guidelines for disabilities. Group members requesting assistance or equipment are encouraged to contact the hotel prior to arrival.

Two nights’ room and tax is due at the time of booking to guarantee the room. The remaining balance is due January 4, 2008. If the reservation is cancelled prior to January 4, 2008, the room reservation deposit will be fully refunded. Canceling after January 4, 2008 will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount.
