Cost Estimates + Financing Options
Our Financial Coordinator or Surgery Scheduler will contact you with a cost estimate for scheduled injections and surgeries.
For more extensive services, we want to support you in financial planning. If a payment plan is helpful to you, we offer CareCredit — healthcare financing with various payment plan options, including deferred interest plans and reduced APR plans for up to 5 years.
Insurance Claims
To process claims, we need complete and up-to-date information regarding your insurance coverage in our records. Please contact our billing department at (970) 375-3659 if you have any questions about your insurance coverage.
