Spine Colorado is pleased to offer DoctorPlan for all patients. DoctorPlan helps patients use the face-to-face time with their doctor most effectively. In advance of the appointment, they can:

• Educate themselves about their condition with easy to understand, bite-sized articles

• Provide detailed responses to questionnaires at home - where they have all the information and time available to respond fully

• Record symptoms or vitals as they happen - versus trying to remember what to tell your doctor later

• Allow their doctor to see the details of their condition, chief complaints, and relevant health information in advance of the appointment - so the appointment time is used most effectively

Patients can choose to download an app, or complete questionnaires via email. Before your next appointment, please look for an email from DoctorPlan to the address you have provided to Spine Colorado.
